So… My first ever attempted look is here !

POP ART.

I was really thinking what I should try for a real challenging look that is also fun and edgy. There were a lot on my mind when it came to Halloween. Vampires, witches, favourite cartoon characters that you can never go wrong. While I was searching for inspiration, I came across the famous Marilyn Monroe pop artwork – by the infamous Andy Warhol.

I think I've seen the picture a million of times but without even thinking, I instantly had an idea!

POP ART makeup came to my mind.

I mean, who doesn’t want to look like someone who just popped out of the comic book?

I've sort of exaggerated the eyes with tears flowing down on one of my eyes to accentuate the look more. With the use of double winged eyeliner, I think it really pops the eyes much more to create that dolly feel to it !

This look was just so much fun to do ! No matter what facial expression you made, you could pull off any sad, depressing or even a cutesy face ♥︎

Lastly, added some comic feels…

To be honest, I am not 100% satisfied with this look since this was my first time doing it – I mean, this was time consuming for me as I had never actually drew lines on my face before !
But I thought this look was pretty fun to play around with – adding highlights to certain areas that gave illusion and dimension to the face.
